This infrastructure is designed to help eliminate any single-point of failure that could cause a site to go down or stay down. Reducing single-points of failure is crucial to our clients, who rely on their Internet presences for their day-to-day — and minute-to-minute — operations.

Hedgehog hosts all our clients' servers at Equinix datacenters. Equinix provides the industry's premier peering hubs which give customers unparalleled network performance and scalability. At Equinix, Hedgehog clients share datacenter space with companies like Google, AOL, IBM, Paypal, and Yahoo!
We strive for an SLA of 100% uptime. We believe that no unscheduled downtime is ever acceptable. As such, we offer our clients one of the most generous SLA's in the industry. Unscheduled downtime lasting more than 15 minutes results in a full day of credit. Should an event ever exceed four hours, Hedgehog provides an additional day of credit for each hour that the event lasts.
Perhaps more importantly, we will provide any client impacted by an outage with a written explanation of exactly what caused the outage and what we are doing to prevent it from re-occurring.
